Preservation Land Project Overview

Our goal is to create a sustainable model where wildlife conservation and human activity preserve nature in a pristine, untouched state by eliminating industrial interference.   A true conservation retreat isn’t just eco-friendly—it actively restores the surrounding ecosystem. We operate under a “give-back” model where guest stays directly fund field science and habitat protection.

Habitat Restoration

A minimum of 25% of all booking revenue goes directly toward rewilding initiatives, native tree planting, and clearing invasive species.

Wildlife Protection

We partner with local biologists to maintain wildlife corridors, monitor endangered regional species, and prevent poaching or habitat fragmentation.

Wildlife

Preservation

  • Secure and protect acreage for native wildlife habitats
  • Restore ecosystems (forests, wetlands, meadows)
  • Provide safe zones for endangered and displaced species
  • Implement conservation monitoring and protection programs

Nature Retreat & Camping

The camp grounds are designed to immerse guests deeply in nature without sacrificing comfort. They serve as a quiet sanctuary to disconnect from modern noise and plug back into the earth’s natural rhythms.   Blending wildlife conservation with teepee (tipi) camping offers a unique, minimalist way to connect with nature. Because traditional tipis have a circular design and low physical footprint, they integrate beautifully into a low-impact, high-immersion wilderness experience.

  • Design low-impact camping and eco-retreat spaces
  • Build sustainable infrastructure (solar power, composting, minimal disturbance trails)
  • Offer guided educational programs on conservation and wildlife
  • Promote mindful outdoor experiences (wellness retreats, eco-learning, nature immersion)

We adhere to Strict Coexistence Protocols

Wildlife-Safe Food Infrastructure

To keep local wildlife wild and safe, campsites we feature animal-proof locker disposal areas and/or tree-hoisting systems for food and scented items.

Dark-Sky Compliant Lighting

All campground lights are be low-lumen, solar powered, LEDs to ensure zero disruption to nocturnal animals, migratory birds, and insect mating patterns.

Eco-Friendly Waste Loops

Utilizing composting toilets and strict water-filtration greywater systems ensures that synthetic soaps and human waste never leach into nearby lakes or watersheds.

In synopsis, this project addresses both needs by

  • Preserving land for wildlife
  • Managing human interaction responsibly
  • Creating long-term sustainable conservation funding through retreat experiences
